This carved egg was commissioned by a film production company.  As you can see, the natural layers and shades of the emu egg itself have been utilized to enhance the design.    

Each creation comes with it's own hand turned wooden stand.   Because of the variations of color and texture inherent in the emu egg itself, each carved egg will be unique and make a distinctive addition to any decor or collection.
